Scott Montgomery of Orange, CA emailed us pictures of a project that he bought parts for in 2006. He writes, “A little history on my truck: I bought it in February of 1988. It was in the weeds of the back yard of an old house that some guy was using as a used car lot. He had just repossessed this truck because the old owner had not made the payments. It was beat up pretty good and also had a bad rod. I gave him $500 for it and towed it home. It has taken me this long to finish because I got involved with Little League and Scouts among other things...

Last September I was hit at an intersection in my BMW by two girls running from the police doing 70 mph. During the last few months of my recovery I have been able to finish my truck."
